Located in the former Dining Hall of the Reformatory, a spacious and comfortably furnished community room will offer residents a place to gather, host a party or watch the big game. A well-equipped fitness center will house the latest strength-training and cardio equipment in a historic space under a soaring, open truss ceiling with views of the Quadrangle through towering windows. The community swimming pool will provide 25-yard lanes for recreational swimming plus a beach entry and water features for the littlest swimmers. The neighborhood will have tot lots for children and quiet, contemplative park spaces for adults. The Gerry Connolly Cross Country Trail is another notable recreational feature that passes through the property, providing direct access to miles of trails for walking, biking or running. In 2018, Liberty won the Great American Living Award for Best Amenity.
